Please note:* This is fixed cost but doesn’t include any unforseen additional works that may be necessary for Gas Safety. All materials cost (including parking) unless directly paid for by the client must be reimbursed if presented to the client and before the job is completed.
FOR CALL OUT THERE IS A ONE HOUR MINIMUM CHARGE THEN IN 30 MINUTE UNITS
DAY RATE – Day Rates may be applicable on certain jobs. These charges are based on a full 8 hour day and must equate to hours actually worked. This charge must be reduced pro rata if less than 8 hours are worked. Gas/Heating/Air Con or Electrical work – £360 P/day – Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling & other skilled works = £320 P/day – Labouring work = £180 P/day
FIXED PRICE – Our engineer will give a verbal or written quote if requested before work commences.
ESTIMATES – Estimates for new works are NOT charged usually but may incur a minimal cost depending on the nature of work, the area or time of the estimate appointment. All estimates
provided don’t include any unforeseen addition works that may be undertaken to complete the overall job. These additional works will be quoted separately.
INVOICES – An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out – time started/time finished, a full breakdown of the cost of labour and materials used.
PAYMENTS – Payment must be made in full by Card payment, BACS transfer, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice
